This is correct and incorrect. The men who rule are indeed functional retards and addicts, incapable of doing anything but fuck up and fail. However, their brains and their wills are not what is guiding the arc of their plot. It is Satan and his kingdom, whom they worship. Satan is the AI guiding their plot, and he is the reason for their successes. Take Satan out of the equation and the New World Order would literally collapse overnight.

Satan is the reason why this is a 'Thousand year old order'.
