Read between the lines? Is he REALLY talking about the Hurricane Ivan (or the STORM) and its impact to Florida (or the USA, or the world)?

After this string of numbers, the strings of numbers stopped having any apparent correlation. Interesting that there were 4 straight strings of 18... it's like BOOM BOOM BOOM (Q) + 1 more = Q+? Probably a reach but thought it could be of importance...
