I just had a sinus infection and used 3% hydrogen peroxide. It hurt really bad but cleared it in 24 hours. I was about 3 days in and it wasn’t getting over the hump. It hurts pretty bad as a heads up but no damage to sinus passages with extended use. I think the study I read observed six months use. Not completely related but if I get a cold I’ll definitely use it. Some do daily. Interesting to look up
That was kind of my thought. It’s no danger and the pain isn’t the worst thing I’ve ever felt. It was worth it to me. If someone has a low tolerance to pain definitely dilute. Mouth wash watered down also worked for my sore throat in about 10 hours. Tastes worse than the pain of using it in my sinuses IMO
Awhile back I saw an interview with Dr. Peter McCullough that he was using hydrogen peroxide solution spray daily and also as a mouthwash for the CV. Interestingly enough, a few months later I went into urgent care as it turned out I had broken my foot. While I was waiting in the exam room, I was looking around and there was a container of Clorox Wipes on the counter but the label indicated they had hydrogen peroxide. I had never seen that before. I have looked at several stores - nothing. No other news about it either.

Probably would be more bearable (but also work slower) if it was diluted with water.

That'd be only 0.6% then (20% of 3%.)

Povidone iodine is used to clean the skin before surgery. It kills germs on contact and doesn't burn.
