Find the herbal Clear Lungs. Works well for upper respiratory coughs.

I started using plain saline nasal spray for stuffed sinuses from allergies. Works amazingly well. Haven’t tried iodine saline. Will do some shopping.

Also do the netti pot thing. Amazing.
