That video on Tuesday with Teddy Daniel and Noel Firsch touched on this with how all these system pig "journalists" went to a certain small (like 5) group of universities.
Just think how easy it would be to employ 30 professors at 5 universities. Also, create 10 think tanks that employ 1,000 people who come up with bizarro world ideas. Then, take the most plausible sounding (even though actually insane) ideas from those 1,000 people, and have those 30 professors write papers and teach classes based on those ideas. Replace any of the 30 if they won't go with the program.
Then, send 500 journalism students through those 5 universities, to be indoctrinated by the 30 professors who preach ideas that are not even their own original ideas, and then take the most indoctrinated, true-believer journalists from the 500, and push them through a career in journalism to get the most effective ones in front of cameras and the others as producers behind the scenes.
Several hundred people, or at most a few thousand, could dictate to tens of millions of people ... what to think, believe, and know about (or not know anything about).
Repeat this process for movies, TV, newspapers, magazines, and books.

Not that hard to do if given enough time.
