to paraphrase the great physicist Richard Feynman, "if you think you understand Quantum Mechanics, you don't understand Quantum Mechanics".

Feynman was a guy I admired very much as a kid and had read all his popular books before I left school.

That said, knowing what I know and using my intuition, with nothing to back this up, if you translate from Cabalese, here is what this means:

"Quantum mechanics is a fiction created by people toying with you folks, so there is no question of "understanding" it, because its not real."
