IIUC - The parents are told their children will suicide if they are not allowed to transition- Do you want a dead daughter or living son? Not all parents are sick, they are simply stuck with bad choices (and brainwashed). My SIL new husband has a child who wants to transition. That child "hates" the parent holding her/ him back from happiness.
