From the comments I learned that this was posted by FBI to youtube in 2011. It only recieved a couple of hundred views, supposedly because it was ”unlisted”. Don’t know what that means, but obviously harder to find.

Unlisted means it has to be directly shared.

You won't find it being indexed by search engines and you can't find it through searching on YouTube.
