I guess part of the answer could relate to whether or not he is a legitimate president or not. If it turns out he's not, then I would assume every single thing he has done is null and void. The old Fraud Vitiates Everything phrase may be relevant.

I don’t think it’s likely we get to see all these people brought to justice and people still remain in jail for crimes related to marijuana.
