It doesn't sound like he's too knowledgeable but perhaps he wasn't letting on all he knows. He'll get stomped in an UNLAWFUL "tax court" jurisdiction if he BELIEVES he can use the bible and Constitution as his defenses. Because neither of those documents applies to a U.S. Citizen, resident, person, taxpayer, defendant, etc. (Legal terms of art) Only a man/woman can claim such rights. And "tax court" never prosecutes men or women.
