I think it was simply one more attack on Pres. Trump, who had to manage all kinds of personal attacks (Russia Collusion, illegal surveillance, assassination attempts, Stormy Daniels and other accusers, Impeachment trials 1 & 2, swats and surveillance of his staff and friends, personal attacks on his wife and children, constant lies and accusations in the press, constant statements that he was illegitimately elected, etc.)

Then there were the unnaturally occurring catastrophes that hit the U.S. during his presidency. We had several FF school shootings, the Las Vegas massacre, California fires, many Hurricanes, the Hawaiian volcano, the George Floyd burnings, lootings and destruction, COVID-19 and the stolen 2020 election!

Good Lord!

In my opinion, all of these hurricanes are ramped up by climate engineering and steered into places they want to experience chaos, destruction, loss of wealth, unhappiness to the citizens, sickness, unemployment, and to redirect the focus off of something else they don't want you to think about or do. In the case of Louisiana's, it would have been Trump's then-excellent economy, job numbers and popularity.
