5 foot 6 lol. Really stocky build though as well, in 2014 when I used to do dexascans my lean mass was 181 lbs.
But yeah I've dropped it before just need to get consistent again. In 2018 I got serious and dropped 100 lbs but fell off hard in 2020 and ended up gaining it all back.

try walking a lot, it works well, and doesn't destroy your knees.
Thanks will do. I've had two major knee surgeries since my senior year in high school on the same knee, so walking is prob the way lollll.
same for me, i have a knee that is self-destructing, but walking is doable. It works surprisingly well on the weight thing.
