Don't wear face masks long term, nothing is more unhealthy. It's like smoking your farts. You also have micro plastics in your lungs now. Go back in time and tell your employer to pound sand.

I didnt have a choice when I worked there, it was mandatory. The gaiter was the only way around it. From what I've heard it's still mandatory. None of that is helping me.
