In a humid environment would say likely Mold is an issue. It's alot harder to treat and repair mold damage, more so than a simple coarse of anti virals and what not. A friend IRL had mold issues, he had to literally sell his house and move because the spores.

I would maybe contact a lawyer.....See what they say. But I am gonna guess....thats "we were following CDC guidelines" will cover their asses.
