I would assume not, because 7-11 would buy from a distributor connected to the factory, or the factory itself.

Id be more wary of buying them in a plastic bulk bag on Amazon, or when Trick or Treating.

But I am just a guy on the internet. You're better off avoiding it, plus its bad for us anyways, unfortunately. 😔
