President Trump Could Be Reinstated Immediately By This Supreme Court Decision
“So important! Supreme Court can save our Country. Without Borders and “REAL” Elections, we don’t have a Country!!!”
He replied to a video that said the following:
“Supreme Court case Moore v. Harper! October case can help our elections be more fair and less stolen! Dems are terrified of this case if you don’t know about it yet soon you will see dems go more crazy over it than they did with roe v wade! Things are getting good!“
This ruling determines whether the state courts control elections, or whether the state legislature controls elections. And its really important to remember what happened with that in 2020. There were dueling electors from seven (7) different states. (States that put forward separate electors FOR Trump-PA, GA, MI, WI, AZ, NV, & NM). If the Supreme Court rules this, that means those would be the valid votes, and they could legally and constitutionally trigger a reinstatement of the lawful and dually elected President, Donald J. Trump. (I encourage a lawfag to double check this)
In a Trump interview on Sept. 8th, 2022 “We had a terrible election. A terrible, terrible thing happened. It was a rigged election - and we’ll now see what happens.”
This brought me back to one of Trump’s press releases from last year.
Oct. 13th, 2021 Statement by Trump
“If we don’t solve the Presidential election fraud of 2020 (which we have thoroughly and conclusively documented), Republicans will not be voting in ‘22 or ‘24. It is the single most important thing for Republicans to do.”
Will not be voting in ‘22??
If you remember about a month ago, Trump said on TS “Declare the rightful winner, or hold a new election, NOW! As well as, “Declare the rightful winner or, and this would be the minimal solution, declare the 2020 election irreparably compromised and have a new election, immediately!”
This TS also refers to the Hunter Biden laptop and it interfering with the election. Coincidence that Hunter is all of a sudden in the news, saying he may be charged? Coincidence the Konnech CEO was just arrested?
Will there even be an election? Will Trump get reinstated? My answer to the first question is no and yes. My answer to the second question is an absolute yes.
No there won’t be an election Nov. 8th… because trump will be reinstated from the Moore v. Harper ruling and the Supreme Court opens the door to finally hear cases on the fraudulent election. The left will lose their shit. This will cause the military to step in while evidence of election fraud will be proven thoroughly in court, cancelling Nov. 8th’s election. A “special election” will then take place sometime early next year. I speculate sometime after Jan. 20th so Trump will receive the remaining term as President, and be eligible for one more.
My cherry on top is last week, Kash Patel announced that he will be releasing his 3rd installment of his childrens book titled “ The Return of the King” … wait for it… sometime in January.

Unfortunately making the leap from the Supreme Court shifting to support the independent state legislature doctrine to Trump being reinstated is quite a leap. Based on the substance of this case and a ruling in favor of the independent legislature doctrine the state legislatures would have to vote to withdraw their electors and present new. Nobody knows how this could happen because it's never happened before. Doesn't mean it can't.
