No. This spawn of hell is gloating again. Just like he did with recalling the murder of Representative Walorski. What he was saying was "Maidan/America". In other words, "WE effected that nightmare in Ukraine. We made it REAL. That Maidan Revolution was OUR doing and we used YOUR TAX DOLLARS to get the job done. HAH, HAH, HAHHHHH!"
