David vs Goliath here. Sadly, like the many other cases Renz has filed, this will sit for years on the desks of complicit judges as they "carefully contemplate" the dozens of back-and-forth "Motions to dismiss" and their ilk that the attorners will file (and make millions at in the process).
Truly the greatest outcome of this would be the world learning that there is no "thing" to "gain any function" in the first place. That would shatter the germ theory paradigm in one fell swoop and cause massive ripple waves across the entire medical establishment. I know Tom is aware of this but he's not prepared to litigate on this foundation.
I've got nothing but respect for Tom, a sole practice, small-time attorney from a small town outside Toledo, OH. He's brave and he's a fighter and I wish him the best of luck. But like all the other cases he's filed to date, this one doesn't stand a chance in moving to trial within the next 5-10 years.
Nonetheless, I credit Tom for doing everything he can and fighting back, unlike the vast majority of attorneys who wouldn't touch this case with a 10-foot pole!
You’re correct , I love Tom as well, and I also credit him for atleast standing up and doing something !
Six months ago I met and spoke with him for nearly an hour. He truly has a heart for people, a great guy who believes he will eventually be a part of their demise! He mentioned he’s in it for the long haul, which as you said will be long.
A tiny light dispels the darkness and I believe that light is getting brighter ! I too wish their were more like him !
