The top picture is a train on the upper level. The last carriage was either attacked or it was an accident. This fell onto the lower road bridge for traffic. No one in the train was injured. There are authorities providing bathroom facilities as well as water to those waiting to cross into Crimea. The car ferry is being moved into position now.
