The condition of lactic acidosis is the culprit. It was completely figured out by 1959, then swept under the rug by drug-centered medicine. Now, more people suffer from it because of our nutrient deficient food supply.
Main story here is the issue of lactic acid that is in your blood. Our food is lacking in nutrition and can't process the lactic acid. Enter the B vitamins and their important role here. There are 24 B vitamins, some of which have been outright BANNED. Thanks again to big pharma and government cronies.
Try finding a complete 24 B vitamin supplement -- you can't. There'll be 6 to 9 and that's it.
Still, there are supplements that help. But if you want to go hardcore: eat liver, preferably raw. You may need a few weeks to several months for it to work effectively though.
Thank you Dr. Darren Schmidt, DC for sharing this information.
over the target warning: Looks like the ADL has alarm bells ringing, the shills have arrived. I think this topic is worthy of our attention. Lactic acidosis has NOT been discussed before. This post has it ALL. People are having success battling anxiety even with single (!) B vitamin supplements, and we're talking big, big B vitamin supplementation through foods here. They're scared.
Dr. Schmidt first explains anxiety. How the body functions in the context of lactic acidosis, leading to worrying thoughts and eventually anxiety and panic:
(I added this just for completeness sake, it was copy pasted from downloaded auto generated subtitles and with minimal edits. All I got was like a single sentence without any punctuation, so bear with me frens)
So the word anxiety comes from a Latin word and the original definition is tightening narrowing distress. So when people get this tightening feeling up in here [puts hands on chest, pointing out upper chest area just under the throat and down a bit, middle chest area] it's not an emotional thing. It's actually just a physical thing and it could be the esophagus that's tightening up. It could be the pec muscles it could be the neck muscles could be the heart so some people go into the hospital with this problem and they don't have any blocked arteries and the medical doctors they look for blocked arteries they can't find it so they send them to psychiatry. But here's the original problem and it happens in the blood so this is what causes this it's a it's a condition of too much lactic acid in the blood ... and too little oxygen ... lactic acid is what makes your muscle sore when you exercise and lactic acid makes your arteries dilate so when you're exercising that's really good because you want more oxygen in and waste products out but if you're just sitting in a chair and then you get this condition of lactic acidosis just -osis means a condition of just sitting in your chair your arteries dilate the circulation slows down because the arteries are bigger and then the heart starts beating really hard to try to push that blood through faster and that's called palpitations so now picture the capillaries they're so small that red a blood cell has to fold in half in order to get through the capillaries and we have these beds of capillaries where oxygen gets transferred to the cells and waste gets transferred back into the blood capillary bed engorgement that's what happens so now I have a stagnation or a stasis or stopping of the circulation right at these teeny tiny cells and then you get cell death and then you get pain and and the muscles tighten up because they're starving and they freak out and they tighten up and then he gets this anxiety and if you get capillary engorgement in the brain same thing the brain cells start to die and you get these horrible thoughts fear anxiety doubt worry or maybe you want to leave I've had people just they suddenly want to just go somewhere and lastly people review their life's decisions and it's all because of the quality of the blood it's not because you're crazy it's not because you need a psychiatrist it's not because you need counseling it's because you don't have enough B vitamins to convert lactic acid out of the blood
Oh my, perhaps the jew is you?
No, I’m pretty sure it’s the guy called Schmidt.
Schmidt is not a jew family name, it is of German origin. If you doubt it, look up his bio and his photograph. That's a man of German blood, pure and simple.
