In the US it would have taken months to fix, they got it running in less than 24 hours. We really need to get all the beurocratic bull crud out of our way. We have a dam that has needed fixed for 20 years, here in Calif, the army core of engineers is some of the slow down, also ecology reports that take over 10 years,
