I don't get it.

Is it supposed to be how they make you remember and regurgitate?

Or is there another point that I'm missing?

If it's about memory, then I could REALLY put that to good use for things I want to remember.

You can download free or cheap subliminal programs that will use messages you choose. I use one sometimes called- subliminal power.
