Good point. They don't specify how they "monitor" what you say on other social media apps. Nowhere does it detail what the process is of finding you "in violation." What the hell is going on.
I don’t think they were about to start policing the Internet and charging everyone $2500. It was probably intended as more of a threat so people would feel fear and self-censor, and then for them to have the option to go after certain high-profile thought leaders to make an example.
