I would hope so. Unfortunately $2500 is a pretty large blow to those living check to check & just waking up.

A single infraction would be devastating to them financially. The vast majority wouldn't even know where to begin legally (ie to even get a lawyer) & would not have the mindset to begin lawfare due to lack of funds.
