It's so weird though. If that were actually the case, we wouldn't really need it in our toothpaste to brush.

It's okay to get a little...but if you use tap water as your main source of water without distilling or having purification intentionally removing fluoride, then one has to think about how much you're actually getting, especially since fluoridated tooth paste will also cause you to get a small amount.
You basically end up consuming fluoride nonstop, instead of at least focusing it to tooth brushing.
True that. When I move forward in life more, I'm definitely going to put in some solid water systems in my life because I don't really want to be intentionally drinking that. I'm also about to get off carbs again for a while which means a lot of water there too.
