Federal judge demands identify of who gave access to Poll Worker Data. Konnech sued True the Vote for defamation stating "nonprofit has spread voter fraud conspiracy theories for years." Hoyt ordered True the Vote to turn over Konnech data and disclose the individual who’d helped them obtain it.

Judge is probably doing the right thing.
If someone sues you for defamation, it is in your best interest to prove that what you said/wrote was actually true, and therefore not defamation.
You can SAY you have "evidence," but where did it come from? What is the chain of custody of that evidence?
Seems like it is a necessary element in defending against the lawsuit.
