Israel might be up to its neck in all the bad things happening around the world, thus Q is holding back on bestowing justice on the bad actors within the government and private individuals. Maybe a bad sect of Jewerry is to blame and Q has a way of hitting them hard and leaving the good guys alone. If there are bad J'''s then God will take vengence upon them for the horrible crimes they are commiting or covering up and Q and the MI will deal with them in a very harsh and deadly way.
