They had a “rounding error” on their end when A friend did a return. They said She owed one cent. Since she had authorized them to take a specific amount from her account for the initial purchase, around 50 dollars, they used that authorization to try to get their Penny! So they hit her account for the 50.00 which created an overdraft. They kept hitting her account for the 50.00 creating more overdrafts. This was over 10 years ago. Don’t give them access to your bank accounts, they’ve been doing shady stuff for years!
