Bolton and Vindman are both out immediately after the Russian bridge gets blown up on Saturday. This "BRIDGE" event appears to be the 10-8 event and Bolton knew about it and scheduled his "interviews" and "appearances" on 10-9 immediately after to "fan the flames" of war in attempt to escalate in attempt to create WW3.
