While I appreciate there will be better opportunities under a Constitutional Republic than a Globalist Tyranny, whether it's a Sovereign "Constitutional Republic" or a Sovereign "Globalist Tyranny" it still commits the biggest part of the fraud We The People have been living under for a few thousand years (give or take).
"Sovereign" means "Ultimate Authority." But you are the ultimate authority of you. You are the King or Queen of your own life. The jurisdiction of your Sovereignty is you (and in any functional society, your property). It doesn't matter who the "Leader" is, if the leader declares Sovereignty (or effectively becomes your Sovereign), it's a fraud, committing a crime of coercion in violation of Natural Law.
How to make it work functionally is a topic of debate. While I have a lot of thoughts and research on that topic, I certainly am not "saying" anything definitive in how Nations should be set up. What I am saying is, any system that violates individual Sovereignty is committing the same fraud that got us here; that keeps us locked in The Matrix.
One of the core beliefs of We The People is that we should be ruled. We believe it because "that's how it has always been." But it's always been that way because we have been Ruled by the exact same group of people for thousands of years. Any "Ruler" is automatically a fraud.
This fraud, such as the fraud the United States committed in this regard, through the Constitution, was a fraud of Jurisdiction. The United States Government is Sovereign, because it was incorporated (made into a legal entity) by Sovereign People. It was (ostensibly, though not in actuality) created by We The People. Because it was made by Sovereign people, it was itself just a group of Sovereign people, and was thus Sovereign. However, its jurisdiction does not extend into the lives of We The People, and yet certain Constitutional declarations, amendments, laws, executive orders, etc. forced it's way into our lives. Off the top of my head, the last part of the fifth amendment (eminent domain) is such a direct violation of jurisdictional fraud. There are other similar violations. In fact, making it easier to commit that fraud was the reason we got the Constitution instead of the original Articles of Incorporation.
Any non-fraudulent governmental corporation must be optional, must not attempt to extend onto a persons Sovereignty (your jurisdiction), and there must be an exit clause that doesn't violate your inalienable Rights.
As an example of what such a system might look like, if you want to live in some town (a municipal corporation) you must follow the rules while you're in town. You can always choose to not go in to town (though it's a little tricky in some cases, but I'm being general). However, the rules of the town do not extend onto your private property. Extending the rules of a governmental corporation onto private property, or any other attempt to violate a persons inalienable rights is foundational to communism, where the state owns all property, and is the ultimate Central Authority, limiting our choices. We live in a communistic government, hiding under the false guise of something else, and we always have. This fraud was built into the Constitution.
A note, such a system doesn't mean you can go around killing other people on your private property and there will be no consequences. In any non-fraudulent system, if you have rejected the governmental corporations system of laws, you fall under Natural Law. Natural Law has it's own set of consequences. Actions always have consequences.
