Dunno about the phases but Kash said he highly doubts and doesn't expect any high level actors like HRC to ever be indicted because they are basically untouchable.
I guess it would be silly for him to go on X22 and claim that they would be going down though..

Precisely. If there is no equal rule of law that comes from all this, what’s the point? These scumbag criminals aren’t some sort of royalty. We need rid of that mentality.

At the rate legal processes move (Harvey Weinstein's trial just starting, Durham just getting to the crux of FISAgate) and she is deteriorating, it's entirely possible she'd be dead.
