Biden Sock-puppeteers were trying to spend the oil reserve to help them in the November election.

OPEC--led by Saudi Arabia (Trump ally) and Putin (self-interest is to stop the Democrats who want war with him and Ukrainian victory)--is stepping up and bringing us the pain NOW, rather than post-election. OPEC is helping the white hats.
