Warhol = war hole = money pit = throwing good money after bad? = Ukraine?

WTF? What does this even mean?:

Why is this "worth reminding everyone" about? Are they trying to make a connection between the Shah (who was installed, supposedly, by the see eye A) and Zelinsky, who probably was, as well?
