I tried to delete mine yesterday, but received a pop-up message that I was required to call to delete my account. Been a customer for almost 22 years. When I called today, one of the questions in their phone tree was asking if I was calling to cancel my account. I selected yes and was on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back and said “no” this time. Got to a human much quicker and told him to delete my account and he didn’t even try to talk me out of it. I think they’ve been a little busy this week deleting accounts. My boyfriend was able to delete his online. Not sure why they forced me to call but glad its gone.
