I would show up to the appointment and walk in with no mask. Just ignore the letter.

It's easier to make them all look stupid in person.

There's always the chance they don't actually care about this nonsense, and they'll let you see the vet without the mask.

Did that back in March. About 45 mins into appointment the mask nazi supervisor showed up.
