Look up the story behind that song. An arsonist lit fire to his house while his family was inside. So he wrote a song about it. He said he almost didn’t release it because it was so personal, but he’s glad he did because so many people have come up to him afterwards and told him the situation where that song met so much to them.

No sauce, but I wonder if that’s when he said no to the Cabal?

Interesting. What caught my eye at the end:

Tom Petty died on October 2, 2017, the day after a mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest festival in Las Vegas that killed 58. On October 7, Jason Aldean, who was on stage during the shooting, opened Saturday Night Live with a performance of this song, which served as both a tribute to Petty and a call for togetherness. "When America is at its best, our bond and our spirit is unbreakable," he said before playing it.

When the shooting took place, Aldean was performing "When She Says Baby," which was inspired by Petty's "Here Comes My Girl."

Now isn't there another video with the words that Aldean said? One that just got unlocked on YT? And I didn't know the Tom Petty inspiration. The timing in LV is, like I said, Interesting. Probably coincidence.
