True, but my recollection at the relevant time in 2017 is that there were unusual natguard activations that were being kept intentionally vague even from those serving. And subsequent discussions had a lot of confirmation that family members etc were getting called up for action. Which piqued quite a lot of interest in the poster..
It does say Monday...So the next Oct. 30th that falls on a Monday is in 2023. I'm sure the cleanup will go well beyond that date.
