I ordered a product from Amazon. It was shipped Priority Mail - 3 day shipping on October 1. I got the package on October 11. I went by my local post office to ask them about the shipping, the gal was very flippant when she said, “It’s not guaranteed that you’ll get it in 3 days. It’s the new norm.” SMH. I guess the new norm is the post office have now become thieves by selling a service that is not true. Just annoying.

Sign up for informed delivery on USPS website. You get an email every day with a picture of every letter and even junk mail. Also text message and emails on packages. Even if I don’t get junk I mark it as not received. Also get your local post phone number. I was having so many problems with my mail carrier. I was getting other peoples mail and my box was never shut. When I called they gave me an email address so I bombarded him with pictures. Thankfully she retired. That’s been over two years and they haven’t replaced her. Two women are running this route after they finish their route. I wasn’t ordering a lot of packages back then. When Covid started that’s when I started ordering all the time. I order all my house supplies. I’m not taking up for the post office! Big packages should not be shipped USPS. That’s what UPS & FedEx are for. That’s the fault of the seller. I ordered from target last week and it came FedEx. I don’t like ordering from target but they are cheaper on things like tissues and kitchen stuff like foil & bags.
