So when people freeze to death because it's damn cold in the winter, can it be said that his billion, trillion, hundred and fiddy whatever was wasted? Gonna fix the climate, while people die from the climate.

Well, at least now people can blame him for the deaths he should have prevented by spending, well, whatever number he throws out there.
