...how much of the multiple Biden's aid package funds are coming back to the USA as dark money to help Democrats, DNC, NGOs, Shill Blue, etc.?

They don't really need to launder money for the benefit of political organizations. Most of the Ukraine money is going into their private pockets in offshore accounts - and it's not just democrats.
