Both. So we all want to move up to the next level or be a head coach. So if head coach gets canned at my job, usually many to all of the assistants get fired too. Or maybe i just didnt vibe personally or did a bad job. Or someone better becomes available. Now lets say i am a wide receivers coach, and there's an opening for an offensive coordinator, im going to apply for that. A mixed bag of reasons. I coach track, so i used football terms hoping it would make sense!
This guy sure seems to job jump every year or two. If I had that many jobs in that many years I don’t think I would have been hired after #6 job!
You're clearly not familiar with how the coaching lifestyle works. Its a journeyman's life. His resume is pretty standard for his field.
Wow! Didn’t realize coaches jobs are not so secure. Do they usually move on their own or let go?
