I have a tough time in ragweed season in the northeast. My lungs were inflamed and I was short of breath for several weeks. It was fairly painful and uncomfortable.
I decided to try 6 mg of Ivermectin this morning and by noon the whole episode was over.
I’ve read Ivermectin acts like an anti inflammatory. It’s been studied on animal lungs for curing inflammatory diseases and episodes.
There’s nothing this stuff won’t do, apparently.
My husband has been taking mebendazole (similar drug to ivermectin, which is difficult to get here ) for liver cancer and one of the flow on benefits is it has cleared his COPD. :)
What dose snd frequency was he taking? My husband had COPD and at this point will try anything.
Look for dosing of ivermectin at America's Frontline Docs. I imagine dosing would be similar to Covid dosing.
Using tabs of 500 mg - he chews up and swallows half morning and night. Has also cleared his knee inflammation. Papers we have read show no problems for long term use.

Jake "The Snake" Roberts has COPD. Can we get him on this?
