Ok, here is what seemed to happen. At ~9:33 am, NPR put out a story on the protest, with presumably no mention of the capital break in, but then added a 3:08 pm update to include the actual Capital activities. The 3:08 update retained the original 9:33am time stamp. So this post is another example of putting out something that just fuels conspiracy without proper documentation. We can do better than this!
