How is distilled water toxic? Where does this article say so?
For the record, I own two stainless steel countertop distillers that turn my tap water into distilled water. It takes 5.5 - 6 hrs. per gallon.
I use my homemade distilled water for everyday drinking water, for soups, rice, tea, coffee and any other drink or food that requires water. My family and I have been using it for 2 1/2 yrs (since early COVID), exclusively. No ill effects that I can see.
Distilled water is the only water that's boiled which is what your supposed to do with bad water ! Put reg bottled water in a iron or coffee pot and see the corrosion, that's why you need to use distilled water in irons . The white properties thst come out of an iron using reg water is a nightmare but there are also trace amounts of a rust type properties which stains clothes , that's why distilled is best and the only water I Drink ! ! I use to do preventive medicine years ago .. ( prevent the need for medicine ) kept people from using pharmaceutical drugs or weened them off drugs including insulin!
I have changed careers and now and i work with what is between the ears of people rather than their bodies , so I will admit I haven’t researched distilled water lately but I use to only recommend distilled ! Boiling water kills anything bad , you can always add whatever properties you want such as calcium magnisium etc but swallowing a chug of liquid is easier !
