Ratio'd..so when the two icons on the lower right ie: retweets and "heart"s (likes) are less than the "bubble on the left (this is where people have something to say on the tweet)...when people have something to say they are typically negative against the actual post..in this context people are calling out her BS statement and not "liking or retweeting" it..= ratio'd: https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=ratioed
