If I de-wormed my dog 4x, and this drug had harmful side effects, had a chance to kill my dog, and despite everything the vet said about this drug preventing my dog from getting worms again ...

.... I would question the effectiveness of the drug .... I would question the capabilities of my Vet .... I would question how much I cared about my dog, because I was dumber than a human should be allowed to be.
