Bingo. It is way easier to manufacture votes with mail-in voting. Though I think you meant Oregon. I remember that state having mail-in voting in 2000.

My mistake. BTW, my ultimate dream is that the Supreme Court declares mail-in voting illegal right before the election and this forces the election to Thursday November 17th in all states.
