The Dailymail article is about the Portuguese schoolboy Vitor Godinho.

The Express article references Portuguese schoolboy Vitor Godinho and included an image at the bottom of the article.

The earliest cached version of the Arab Weekly page in the wayback machine makes no reference to the Portuguese schoolboy and included no image.

It seems that someone is attempting to dupe me!
