I believe we need to redress our grievances in the Legislative branch. I don't know the procedure or the paperwork involved (writ of Remonstrance?), sorry.

After we redress our grievances and the Legislature fails in their duties, we can impeach them. Again, I'm sorry I don't know the procedures/paperwork but our recourse is through the Legislative branch. See my comment below for some sauce👇
