There are online content spinner tools that have been available to use for years.

All one has to do is create the original article with certain tags in place and the content spinner tool will rewrite the article and make thousands of unique copies.

Gpt2 is the base code used for that and comment bots.

Found lots of articles and blogs are used with that code when I was trying to figure out how it all worked
